UN video competition accepting entries

Deadline: JUNE 04, 2017

Filmmakers ages 25 and younger are invited to submit films on migration, diversity and social inclusion.

PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival is a competition sponsored by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Videos must be less than five minutes long and include English subtitles.

There are three age-based categories. The winner of each category will receive US$1,000 and have his or her video widely distributed on a variety of platforms. In addition, this year there is the new Award for the Prevention of Xenophobia.

Winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New York to attend the PLURAL+ 2017 Festival and Awards Ceremony.

The deadline is June 4.
